Payment Deadline
With the introduction of Dynamic Pricing, the payment deadline policy will change as follows.
Cancellation Fees
A cancellation fee will apply if you cancel your reservation (except in cases of service
suspension due to the bus company's circumstances).
The fee amount varies depending on
how many days before the boarding date the cancellation is made.

- Bookings not paid by the payment deadline will be automatically cancelled.
- Changes cannot be made after payment. Please cancel and get a refund before rebooking.
- In the event of service suspension due to the bus company's circumstances (e.g. heavy snowfall), please cancel and request a refund before making a new reservation and purchase.
- If you rebook after a cancellation and refund, the fare may differ from your original purchase, as fares are subject to change under dynamic pricing.
- As instant payment is required from 3 days before boarding, phone reservations are not available.
- Cancellations for counter purchases must be processed at the counter only. The applicable cancellation fee will be based on the date the cancellation is received at the counter (phone cancellations are not accepted).
