Payment Deadline

With the introduction of Dynamic Pricing, the payment deadline policy will change as follows.

Cancellation Fees

A cancellation fee will apply if you cancel your reservation (except in cases of service suspension due to the bus company's circumstances).
The fee amount varies depending on how many days before the boarding date the cancellation is made.

• Reservations not paid by the payment deadline will be automatically cancelled.
• Changes cannot be made after payment. Please cancel and get a refund before rebooking.
• In the event of service suspension due to the bus company's circumstances (e.g. heavy snowfall), please cancel and request a refund before making a new reservation and purchase.
• If you rebook after a cancellation and refund, the fare may differ from your original purchase, as fares are subject to change under dynamic pricing.
• As instant payment is required from 3 days before boarding, phone reservations are not available.
• Cancellations for counter purchases must be processed at the counter only. The applicable cancellation fee will be based on the date the cancellation is received at the counter (phone cancellations are not accepted).

About Early Bird Discount

For the early bird discount, reservations and payments must be made at least 30 days in advance for A and B fares and 21 days in advance for C fares from the scheduled boarding date.
*Effective July 1, 2026 (reservations open May 1), the fare system will be revised and early bird discounts will be discontinued.

• Available for online bookings or in-person counter purchases with same-day payment (phone reservations are not accepted).
• If payment is not received by the payment deadline after the early bird seat reservation is made, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
• The early bird discount is limited to the number of seats available, and may be sold out even during the early bird sales period.
